Cress has a passion for assisting adults and children on their journey to health, wellness and living an empowered, passionate, spiritual life.

Her own official journey in 1994 when she studied Reiki Level 1 and found it instrumental in assisting her with personal issues she was going through.Even as a young child Cress was very intuitive and could see and sense energy. Reiki gave her the means to connect more deeply to her intuition, spirituality and authentic self. She loved Reiki and became a Reiki Master/Teacher in 1999. She still loves to share with adults and children her passion of reiki and teaching others how to connect to their intuition and spiritual self and sharing her passion of healing crystals she has been using for over 20 years.

In 2002 Cress was introduced to Bodytalk as she suffered severe allergies and digestive disorder and the only thing that

really assisted was Bodytalk as it got to the root causes behind imbalances in the body, mind, spirit. She was so impressed by her results and has never had any more issues since with it, that she decided to study Bodytalk and in 2004 became a Certified Bodytalk Practioner. She loved to share Bodytalk with others and was truly amazed by the results she saw for both adults and children. Her love of Bodytalk grew and in 2008 she became a certified Bodytalk Access Trainer, teaching classes all over B.C

Cress has over 22 years experience working in the alternative health field doing intuitive healing work

She is a certified Reiki Master/ Teacher- practicing reiki for over 20 years and teaching for 16 years

Certified Crystal Reiki Master Teacher using crystals over 20 years

Certified Bodytalk Practioner practicing for 11 years

Certified Bodytalk Access Trainer-teaching for 7 years

Level 3 itm bio- energy healing method- practicing for 7 years

Malchizedek method- level 

She has taught many workshops about adults and children dealing with stress all

over B.C

She loves to be of service to both adults and children and gains much joy, fulfillment

and love sharing her passion

Cress has had over 25 years experience working with children mostly in various school

boards in U.K and Canada supporting children with learning delays, autism, A.D.H.D.
